Found the perfect barefoot shoes in our e-shop but unsure which size to choose? We’ve got you covered. Simply measure the length of your foot and add an allowance of 5–10 mm. You’ll find a size chart under each model in the e-shop. Compare your measurement with the chart to easily determine the right size.
All you need is a clean sheet of white paper. Place it on a flat surface – ideally hard flooring or linoleum (avoid thick carpets). Stand barefoot on the paper and shift your full weight onto that foot. Now begin measuring:

Foot length is not the same as the internal length of the shoe (often referred to as the “insole” length). When choosing barefoot shoes, you need to add an allowance to the measured foot length. This is essential to allow the foot to move naturally when walking and to prevent toes from hitting the front of the shoe. The amount of allowance varies – both by shoe type and personal comfort preferences.
Generally, the allowance should be between 5 and 10 mm; ballerinas may need less, while winter shoes may require more.
You’ll find the size chart under each model in our e-shop. The length in the chart refers to the internal length of the shoe in mm. Once you’ve measured both feet and added the desired allowance (5–10 mm) to the longer one, you’ll have the ideal shoe length for you.
