Return of Goods

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

This right of withdrawal may be exercised exclusively in relation to unused and unworn goods. Should the Buyer wish to exercise this right, the product must be returned under the following conditions:

Procedure for Returning Goods:

1. The Buyer shall complete the Return Form, which can be accessed and downloaded [HERE].

2. The goods must be securely packaged together with the completed return form.

3. The parcel must be sent to the following return address:

Conditions of Return:

• The goods must be in an unused and unworn condition.

• The return must include the original packaging, free from damage.

• The Buyer must provide either a proof of purchase or the order number.

• The return shipment must include a printed and duly completed Return Form.

• The original shoe box must be placed inside a protective outer package to avoid damage during transport.

• The return must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods.

Returned products that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected, and the Buyer shall bear the cost of return or re-delivery.

The costs of return shipping shall be borne by the Buyer, unless the Seller expressly agrees otherwise or if the goods are defective or incorrect.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, and provided the above conditions are fulfilled, the Seller shall issue a refund of the purchase price within 14 business days, using the same method of payment as was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
