Complaints

Issue with your shoes? No problem – submitting a complaint is easy.

If your complaint is accepted, we will either repair the shoes, replace them with a new pair, or issue a full refund.


How to submit a complaint:

  1. Fill out the printed Complaint Form – available [HERE].

  2. Securely package the product along with the completed form.

  3. Send the parcel to the following address:

If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping cost.

In case of a refund, the amount will be reimbursed within 14 days, and a confirmation of the credit will be sent to you by email.


How does the complaint process work?

If your complaint is found to be valid after assessment, we will proceed as follows:

  • If the defect is repairable, our specialists will fix it as soon as possible.

  • If the shoes cannot be repaired, we will replace them with a new pair.

  • If we are unable to replace the product, or if the complaint cannot be resolved within 30 days, we will issue a full refund to your bank account.


What is not considered a valid reason for complaint?

  • Natural wear and tear of the shoes

  • Mechanical damage

  • Incorrect size or discomfort during wear

  • Faults caused by improper care or use

  • Damage resulting from unauthorized or improper repairs
